Jacques Marie Mage offers a 14-day return window for handcrafted eyewear and accessories, provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with all limited-edition packaging intact. Please note that custom lens installations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Jacques Marie Mage box, including the certificate of authenticity, microfiber cloth, and all protective sleeves.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
